Very often we like to touch base in a personal way with regard to the questions below. It helps us to ascertain everything we need to know about you and your pet. There may also be questions you might wish to ask us. There is a lot more involved in transporting your pets than merely "popping" them on an aircraft.

These measurements ensure that the correct size of container suits your pet. He must have sufficient space to be able to turn around, lie down and stand up comfortably.
It is preferable for pets to travel alone in a box. They are quieter and often sleep quite happily during their flight. We would be only too happy to provide you with a suitable container if required.
 
Should it be necessary we can also board your pets in a 5 star facility recomended by The Pet Boarding Association where we can monitor them daily to make sure they are comfortable and above all happy. In some circumstances pets are welcome to stay with us in our home where they are treated as our family.
